Problem: Bodyweight workout apps rely on video libraries that are heavy to download and hard to follow when you are mid-set and out of breath. Solution: Built Flip Fit, an Expo app that draws every move as a hand-keyed flipbook animation from a small stick-figure engine: poses are described as joint angles, the engine pins planted hands and feet to the floor, and auto-generated in-betweens smooth the motion with no video files. Preset workouts from Beginner Basics to floor-only routines, or a workout builder where you pick moves, sets, reps or timed holds, and rest. A guided player runs the ready, work, and rest segments with spoken cues, haptics, and keep-awake so the screen stays on. Each move shows muscles worked, step-by-step form, and tips. Outcome: A light, offline workout coach with Workouts, Moves, and History tabs, with progress stored on the device, EAS-ready for iOS and Android.
